Our second participation ; SARISARA VINDANA = gained RUNNERS UP
This was held at Udawattakale reserve. their was various kind of chekpoints including a rag point.
Two participation teams and 1 Observation team participated to the hike and team 1 gained "Runners up".
The champions were not from a Nature club or a society, but they are the brother school of the Organizing College. No one was satisfied about the selection of the Champions.
There were some incidents which disgraced the demand of a famous college, because of their spirit of sisterhood, and the crushes. ( danno danithi....)

This was our first participation of year 2009, organized by Girls' High School, Kandy.
these pictures contains the Observation team of Our Society, unfortunately we couldn't capture the pictures of the participation team.
We couldn't participate some of the activities which was in the hike due to the Cancellation of the checkpoints by the organizers due to heavy rain.
There were some week points of the organizing by the main organization of Y.E.S. their capability through the hike was not well and their discipline was nil.
any way we wish them all the success for their future planning.

The Trinity College Natural History Society originated as early as in 1888 making one of the oldest in the proud history of the College of over 130 years.
It started as a society regarding Natural History alone. this was a fore-runner of the present N.H.S.
this society gone silent for the past few years. Now this society has become a mast society to compromise science with nature.
